UZ.IP was born from the encounter of two French Industrial Property Consultants (specializing in trademarks, designs, and models), who are also representatives at the European Union Intellectual Property Office. They faced daily challenges in their practice, particularly in gathering evidence, such as proving the use of a trademark, and found the analysis process to be very time-consuming...
...and two computer engineers specialized in Artificial Intelligence, business informatics, databases, statistics, and lead architecture.
Together, they created UZ.IP, a tool that enables the analysis and classification of various types of documents (invoices, advertisements, press extracts, social media, etc.) according to legislative, regulatory, and case law criteria from several countries or specific entities.
UZ.IP transforms these documents into evidence that pre-fills the substantive and formal requirements of the chosen contentious or strategic framework, thus saving time and allowing the user to focus their efforts on strictly legal work.
